Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of Enzo Fernandez AI, a credit-based AI generation service available at enzofernandezai.video. By using Enzo Fernandez AI, you agree to these Terms.
Accounts
Enzo Fernandez AI uses Google sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure and for activity under your Enzo Fernandez AI account. You must provide accurate information and may not use another person's account without permission.
AI Generation and Editing
Enzo Fernandez AI lets users generate AI outputs from prompts and uploaded images. You are responsible for the prompts, uploads, instructions, and other content you provide. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and use any source material.
AI outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, similar to other content, or unsuitable for a specific use. You are responsible for reviewing generated images before publishing, selling, distributing, or relying on them.
Credits, Free Trial, and Paid Plans
Enzo Fernandez AI may offer 1 free successful image generation after Google sign-in at 1k medium quality. To prevent abuse, a network may activate the allowance for at most 2 Google accounts in a rolling 30-day window. Paid credits remain available when the network limit is reached. The free trial can be limited, modified, or removed to prevent abuse or operate the service.
Paid image generation and editing use credits. Credit costs may vary by model, quality, resolution, and feature. Paid subscriptions and one-time credit packs are subject to the prices and limits shown at checkout.
Credits are digital service units for use on Enzo Fernandez AI. They have no cash value, are not a stored-value product, and cannot be transferred unless we explicitly allow it.
Payments and Refunds
If payments are enabled, checkout is processed by Stripe. You agree to the price, billing interval, renewal terms, and taxes shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew until canceled. You can manage billing from your account settings when supported by the payment provider.
All payments are final and non-refundable. We will issue a refund only when a verified material technical defect or security vulnerability in the service directly prevents delivery of the purchased service and cannot be reasonably remedied, or when a refund is required by applicable law. No refunds will be issued in any other circumstances, including for a change of mind, dissatisfaction with AI-generated output, unused or expired credits, non-use of a subscription, or credits consumed by a successful generation.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Enzo Fernandez AI to:
- Break the law or violate another person's rights.
- Create, upload, or distribute content involving sexual exploitation of minors.
- Impersonate people or mislead others in harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive ways.
- Generate malware, phishing content, scams, or instructions for wrongdoing.
- Harass, threaten, or target people or protected groups.
- Upload private, confidential, or copyrighted material without the required rights.
- Interfere with, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass limits of the service.
We may block prompts, remove content, suspend accounts, or limit access when we believe the service is being misused.
Ownership and License
You retain rights you have in prompts, uploads, and outputs, subject to these Terms and applicable law. You grant Enzo Fernandez AI the rights needed to process, store, display, transmit, and troubleshoot your prompts, uploads, and outputs so we can provide the service.
You are responsible for determining whether you can use an output commercially or publicly, including whether rights, releases, licenses, or disclosures are needed.
Service Availability
Enzo Fernandez AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, models, pricing, credit costs, providers, or availability at any time.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Enzo Fernandez AI disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Enzo Fernandez AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service, or use Enzo Fernandez AI in a way that may harm others.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
